Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that Entrant to disqualification. In addition, Sponsor Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete contest entries. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 10. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants consent to receive notification of future promotions, advertisements or solicitations by or from the Sponsor and/or Contest entities via email. 13. devised, worldwide, in perpetuity without compensation, permission or
notification to Entrant or any third party. 4. Sponsor retains the right to
disqualify any Entrant if all Contest rules are not followed. 5. All Contest
winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any
prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner or winners will agree to
hold Sponsor, any other Contest parties, including
Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc., and each of their respective
affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, shareholders, directors, employees,
agents and representatives (“Sponsor
Entities”) of each of the foregoing, harmless against any and
all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from or
in connection with Contest participation or the acceptance, possession or use /
misuse of any awarded prize or any portion thereof, or participation in
prize-related activities, including but not limited to any related travel. 6.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made,
nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or
guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to
any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, condition or
fitness for a particular purpose. 7. Dates and times promoted by Contest
Sponsors are subject to change, and those changes are deemed to be beyond the
control of Sponsor. Changes of venue and/or cancellation of engagements may be
permanent in nature. Sponsor is not obligated to make any effort to find an
alternative prize under these circumstances. 8. Any information collected by
registering to enter the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with
these Official Contest Rules. 9. Sponsor Entities are not responsible for the inability of any Entrant to
complete or continue an internet registration due to equipment malfunction,
busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet
Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human
error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries,
including any injury or damage to any computer arising from or relating to
participation in this Contest. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed
or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that Entrant
to disqualification. In addition, Sponsor Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected,
mutilated, illegible or incomplete contest entries. No mechanically reproduced
or automated entries permitted. Entry materials/data that have been tampered
with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the property of
Sponsor and will not be returned. 10. If for any reason, the Contest is not
capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected
evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the
Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human
intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of
third parties, an insufficient number of qualified Contest entries, or any
other causes beyond Sponsor's control which, in the Sponsor's sole opinion,
corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at its sole discretion. 11.
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other
person's computer related to or resulting from entering this Contest or
downloading any material for this Contest, or other telecommunications
malfunctions which may limit an Entrant's ability to participate. 12. Entrant
agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out
of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by
New York law and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of
New York State for all purposes related to the Contest. All disputes, claims or
controversies arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be
resolved by binding arbitration in New York City under the JAMS Comprehensive
Arbitration Rules and Procedure in effect as of the date thereof, including the
JAMS appeal procedure; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no
circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby
waives all rights to claim injunctive relief, indirect, punitive, incidental
and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or
otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the
rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the
Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict
of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than
the State of New York. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all
respects. By participating, entrants consent to receive notification of future
promotions, advertisements or solicitations by or from the Sponsor and/or
Contest entities via email. 13. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately
undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of
criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves

Entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. 14.
