Refund/Exchange Info for August 15, 2013 Performance

The producers of Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark and the Foxwoods Theatre management sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the performance on Thursday, August 15, 2013.

Your tickets to this performance will be honored for a future performance of Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark.

REFUNDS
Any tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster will automatically be refunded.  There is nothing further you need to do.

For tickets purchased through all other outlets, you must contact your point of purchase for a refund.

EXCHANGES
To exchange for a future performance, you must hold onto your tickets and contact us in the next 14 days. We will make every effort to accommodate you at your convenience and in a comparable location to the seats you had for this performance. Locations and performance date will be based on availability.

To exchange your ticket(s), you must do one of the following:

Please come directly to the box office at 213 West 42nd Street. Box Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm and Sunday, Noon-6pm.

OR

Email LyricBoxOffice@LyricBroadway.com with the performance date and time as the subject in your email. If you choose to email, please include your original ticket location(s) and at least three (3) future performance dates and times that would be convenient for you to come see the show.
In either case, please hold on to your original tickets as you will need them in order to obtain your replacements from the box office.
